THE EDGEWATER – MADISON – CRAVING CHICAGO

How beautiful is this photo? It’s taken only with my iPhone 6s, and brightened up a bit. Well, when you’re sitting on the patio of The Boathouse at The Edgewater hotel in Madison, this is the view you’ll have.

I was in Madison for work last week and had this place on my bucket list for lunch or dinner. I had seen Huge Galdones posts at this hotel a few weeks back, and made a mental note of it then already. I’m so glad that for my last meal in Madison {before what turned into a 4hr drive back home in traffic}, I was able to relax over a delicious meal at The Boathouse while overlooking Lake Mendota.

I’m no expert on Madison sights and hotspots, but I do know that the next time I’m back there, I will be visiting (and hopefully staying at) this beautiful hotel, and checking out the other dining options they have.
