There are a handful of good tapas restaurants in Las Vegas, but when one of them is by José Andrés, you know which one to pick.

JALEO is inside the COSMOPOLITAN HOTEL, with a lively and festive vibe to it. The service is good, though relaxed, which is perfect for a tapas restaurant where you want to leisurely dine. This time around, we were 3 ladies, and picked 5 dishes. It was the perfect amount of food for us and we left very satisfied. We even skipped dessert – blasphemy, I know.
